Do you deliver?
Yes! We will deliver to most locations in the GTA. Some areas may require a delivery surcharge: check with us when you place your order.
Do you set up and tear down the bouncer?
Yes! We do all of the work for you, including setting up and inflating the bouncer, and collapsing it when your rental time is complete.
Are the bouncers safe?
Yes! All of our bouncers are tested thoroughly for safety. For the safety and enjoyment of others, shoes, sharp or protruding objects, liquids or food are not permitted in the bouncer at any time. A service charge will apply if a bouncer is damaged while rented.
Where can we set up the bouncer?
A bouncer can be set up in your backyard, your driveway, or in a room large enough in your house or premises (such as a gym, community centre or church). As long as there’s an adequate power source nearby, we can put the bouncer almost anywhere.
What if it’s rainy or windy?
Jumping Monkeys reserves the right to cancel a reservation (at no penalty to you) if there are heavy rains or very high winds. Safe operation of our units and customer safety is our utmost concern. However, once the unit is delivered, no refunds shall be issued due to bad weather.
How far in advance should I make my reservations?
As soon as possible. We reserve our bouncers weeks and even months in advance. Don’t delay, reserve today!
When is payment due?
A 50% deposit is required to reserve our units. Deposit is fully transferable if event is cancelled at least 3 days prior, or if Jumping Monkeys is unable to set units up due to inclement weather. We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, or Email Transfer on a first come first serve basis. Final payment is due on our delivery of bouncer.
What kind of power is required?
The bouncer must be within 50 feet of a dedicated 20-amp circuit. The blower uses as much electricity as an indoor fan once the bouncer is fully inflated.
Does Jumping Monkeys have insurance?
Jumping Monkeys is fully insured. Please don’t hesitate to call us for more detailed information.
What are my responsibilities as the renter of a Jumping Monkeys bouncer?
You must assign a responsible adult to supervise the children while the bouncer is in use. This adult must know all the safety rules and make sure those rules are enforced. You are responsible for the safety of the children and for the care of the equipment.
The responsibility of the bouncer remains with the customer from the time of delivery to time of pick-up. It is important to make sure that all equipment is secured and protected or the customer will be charged for the repair or replacement of the bouncer which may vary from $350 to full replacement cost.
No refunds if the bouncer does not fit in the location at the time of delivery; please check sizing before order is placed.
Will the bounce castle harm my lawn?
No. We place a protective tarp under the bouncer to minimize any damage to the bouncer or lawn. We also place stakes in the yard to anchor the bouncer.
What are your delivery hours?
Deliveries are from 8:00am – 12:00pm and pick-ups are from 3:00pm – 7:00 pm, if you need times outside our set times, please call us to discuss.
